Alicja, a dedicated hand-building ceramicist based in the serene Mad River Valley of Vermont, weaves her artistic journey through every piece she creates. With roots stretching back to her formative years at a Fine Arts High School in Poland and further honed with a Studio Arts Degree from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY, Alicja's passion for ceramics is deeply ingrained.
Rediscovering her love for clay a few years ago, Alicja has found unparalleled joy in her craft. In her studio in Warren, Vermont, she devotes countless hours to developing new collections, continually exploring and expanding the boundaries of her ceramic artistry.
Alicja's approach to creation is unique and personal. Eschewing mass production, she focuses on crafting small, individual works that exude originality and exclusivity. Owning one of Alicja's pieces means possessing a singular work of art, unavailable anywhere else. Her hope is that each of her ceramics not only reflects her joy in their making but also brings a similar joy to those who welcome them into their homes.
