Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

For our handmade ceramic products, please bear in mind that there may be slight variations in color, size (up to a variance of 1 inch), and shape. These variations are not considered defects but rather reflect the unique character and charm of each one-of-a-kind piece.

Marble trays will have variations as this is a natural stone object, unique color and pattern variations should be expected and embraced. 

Pre-orders can not be cancelled or refunded after the order is placed. 

What if my order is damaged on arrival?

In the event of shipping-related damage, please contact us within 2 business days with photos to arrange a replacement, and do not throw away the damaged item in order for us to file a claim.
