Where does INK + PORCELAIN ship?

INK + PORCELAIN is based in the United States and ships internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates through our website. We can accommodate shipping to countries not mentioned above - simply email us with the destination address and items and we'll provide a quote for shipping.

In-stock items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, and will be sent to you via ground economy shipping. Pre-orders ship within 6-8 weeks. Items that are marked with free shipping only apply to U.S. destinations. We are based in the U.S.A and for all orders shipping internationally, customers are responsible for customs fees and VAT on imported goods. All international orders are considered final sale and non-refundable. Please note: We cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes. 

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping within the continental U.S. We charge flat-rate shipping based on weight for international orders. For orders shipping internationally, customers are responsible for customs fees and VAT on imported goods. If an international order is refused and shipped back to us, the return shipping cost will be applied and charged to the order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as you submit the order on the website. 

Do you collect sales tax?

We will collect sales tax on all purchases sent within the State of California. The rates vary based on the shipping address.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive within 5-8 business days in environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging. We care about reducing our carbon footprint.

Do you offer local delivery or curbside pickup?

We offer free local delivery in Oakland and Berkeley. We offer curbside pickup in Montclair, Oakland - just email us at hello@inkandporcelain and we will coordinate the time and location with you. 

When will my order ship?

In-stock items typically ship within one to two business days from the time when you place your order. You should receive the order within seven business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping option. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can reach out to us at orders@inkandporcelain.com.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely case that you received a damaged product, we are happy to exchange this for you as long as it is declared within three (3) days of receiving your order. In the event of shipping-related damage, please contact us immediately with photos to arrange a replacement, and do not throw away the damaged item as we need to go through the claim filing process. The majority of our products are fragile and we recommend checking on the shipment as soon as it gets delivered to notify us of any damage.
